The weather forecast looks great and we are excited about the bike run. We have added a live auction and live entertainment (by Vance Phillips). The first 100 bikers will receive a free patch!! Patches and event shirts will also be available to purchase. It sounds like we are going to have a great turn-out. Again, we would like to Thank you all for your support of the McLoud Fraternal Order of Volunteer Firefighters and the McLoud American Legion Post #244. We are looking forward to seeing you there!!
The goal of this poker run is to raise money for Fire Prevention education in our community, as the materials are very expensive.
You can Pre-register for the poker run for only $15.00 plus $5.00 for your rider by sending in the pre-registration form to PO Box 822, McLoud OK 74851, or you can come to Kickstandz at 411 W. Broadway in McLoud to register, starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 17th, this cost is $20.00, plus $5.00 for your rider. You must sign a Waiver form before the Poker Run begins.
First bike out at 10:00 a.m. Last bike out at 12:00 noon. Last bike in at 5:00 p.m.
The tentative plans for the day are as follows:
1st card at Kickstandz, 411. W. Broadway, McLoud 2nd card at Bob's Lake Lounge, HWY 9, Little Axe 3rd card at Stan's, HWY 9, WEST of Seminole 4th card at VFW Post #1719, 3004 N. Post Rd., Chandler 5th card and awards at American Legion Post #244, 126 N. Main st., McLoud
The Christian Motorcycle Club (Motorcyclists for Jesus) will be serving refreshments at the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stops.
The American Legion members will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks. Any donation would be appreciated.
High hand pays $400.00 Low hand pays $200.00 50/50 tickets will be sold at the American Legion Post #244 Door prizes will be given at the American Legion Post #244
